This commentary brings attention to the growing challenges brought on by population growth (and economic growth) in the Philippines, yet it fails to propose any change in reproductive behavior. It’s astonishing (but not surprising) to see people who understand the damage being done completely ignore the possibility of limiting family size as a key solution.
